This Kit uses 4" REAR BLOCKS to raise the rear. Truck SuperLift 4 Inch Lift Kit K306 Toyota CTGLKS CTGSS 1986 1987 1988 1989

In 1986 Toyota replaced the solid front axle / leaf spring design with independent front suspension supported by torsion bars. What makes its design somewhat unique is that the torsion bars run along the top of the frame rails. Front lift is achieved by lowering the lower control arms via one-piece crossmember assemblies. The upper control arms must remain in their factory location since they attach to the torsion bars which cannot be relocated. New precision cast knuckles bridge the increased distance between the upper and lower control arms. The front differential housing is lowered to keep CV axle angles in check.

The 4-Runner sports rear coil springs with a four-link arrangement. 4- Runner rear lift is set at 4" and consists of new coils plus all bracketry needed to properly reposition the entire 4-link system.

Recommended Tire Size: 33" x 12.50" tire on 8" wheel with 3.75" backspacing.

Foot Notes:

107- Wheels must be changed after installation of lift system to an aftermarket wheel with no more than 3 3/4" of backspacing.
