You may not like how it looks or just ordered the wrong item - it
happens - we do NOT charge a 15%, 25%, or 35% re-stocking fee*.

your order is damaged in shipment - WE work with the shipper and get
a replacement out to you. You may have to make the item available
for inspection, but we handle the rest.
- If
the product you bought arrives defective - WE will replace it and
WE deal with the manufacturer - not you.
