For 1995.5-2000 use 32 / 11.50R15 tires with 15x8 inch wheels with 3 3/4 inch backspacing with minor trimming.
For 2001-2004 use 285 / 75R16 (31.5 inch) tires with 16x8 inch wheels with 4 inch backspacing with minor trimming.
