The 2 inch system raises the front end only to reduce the factory "nose down" stance. The method includes replacement Superide Select series springs for ride quality that is as good, or better, than factory. This Superlift Leveling Kit addresses track bar geometry, compression travel control and caster. Unless track bar geometry is corrected, bar bind causes the truck to "roll and yaw". Superlift supplies a new frame-mounted bracket to correct track bar geometry. At 2" of lift height the Super Duty loses 3 degrees of caster. Lowering the radius arms is not feasible; they are attached to the frame via rivets that are a bear to remove. Bolting a drop-bracket to the factory radius arm bracket will not work either... space constraints dictate a drop of at least 4", which yields too much caster for this lift height. Superlift's Caster Brackets fully restore caster without using ball joint cam bushings, resulting in correct caster angle and no axle shaft misalignment.
