This Kit uses 2 1/2" ADD-a-LEAFS to raise the rear. 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 Truck SuperLift 4 1/2 Inch Lift Kit K789B Ford extended crewcab CTGLKS CTGSS

Frame Integrated Technology (F.I.T.) Superlift's unique high-clearance one-piece crossmembers, used to relocate the lower control arms, are connected by a massive belly-pan that protects the front differential. The belly-pan mates to the crossmembers via an interlocking "dovetail" fit and secured with countersunk bolts to form an incredbly strong subframe assembly. All load-bearing bracketry is constructed of .25" thick steel plate. An optional stainless steel front skid plate features Superlift's laser-cut "flaming oval" Superlift logo. As with all of Superlift's systems, the lift is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Features

  • New Coil-over Towers - new towers constructed of .25" plate steel, relocate the factory coil-over shocks. This method maintains the stock ride quality and greatly simplifies installation.
  • New Steering Knuckles - Superlift's new cast ductile iron steering knuckles correct all steering related geometry without increasing vehicle track width or relocating the rack and pinion steering system. Plus, the lift system also includes all necessary alignment hardware.
  • Rear Lift Option - 2 1/2 Add-a-leafs that are specifically designed to combat spring / axle wrap-up while keeping the truck's good ride characteristics intact.
  • Rear Superide shocks with yellow boots included, other boot colors available in Related Products below.
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty.



    Bilstein Shock Absorber performance features:

    • The shock body dissipates heat more efficiently.
    • Its unique piston/valve assembly provides completely independent valving between compression and rebound cycles which allows it to react faster to changing terrain regardless of vehicle speed.
    • Virtually eliminates the possibility of oil foaming with the patented "floating" piston that divides the high-pressure nitrogen gas and shock oil.
    • Superior construction for strength and durability.

    Foot Notes

    124-The factory wheels must be replaced due to the possibility of contact with the outer tie-rod when the suspension is fully extended and the vehicle is in a turn. A factory wheel can only be used as a temporary spare in emergency situations.

    Tire Size-The tire / wheel specifications listed have been fit-checked by Superlift. Other comparable size tires used with wheels that have a different back spacing may work, but always carefully check for proper fitment / clearance throughout the vehicle’s entire suspension travel and steering turning cycles. In addition to tire-to-fender clearance, also check for interference on the tire / wheel’s inboard side (knuckle, brake caliper, steering linkage, inner fender, etc.).
